Lifetime points

We added a new member property called "lifetime points." Lifetime points are the total number of points a member has earned since signing up.

The main difference is that this number doesn't decrease when members use their points to claim rewards. The icon for lifetime points is a golden star.

Related changes:

- On custom leaderboards, admins can choose whether the leaderboard should be sorted on regular points or lifetime points

- Lifetime points will sort the default leaderboard (for non-enterprise customers)
