New options for automated sharing

We've added some new options to our auto-share feature :

• Managers can choose whether automated sharing happens using our "smart scheduling" algorithm (previously the case) or by sharing the content from the campaign instantly when it goes live
• Managers can choose whether or not automated sharing should be enabled by default on new campaigns
• Managers can enable or disable automated sharing per campaign
• The choice between smart scheduling and instant publishing can also be tweaked on the campaign level
