Shared by Elise • November 29, 2024

Campaign bundles allow you to create a parent campaign and bundle other campaigns into that campaign. These bundled campaigns can be sorted manually, and you can choose whether they need to be completed in a specific order or a random order.

Using follower count for potential reach on Facebook Pages

Shared by Elise • October 23, 2024

We have made a small change to the reporting for shares on Facebook Pages;

To report on a post's potential reach, we tracked the page's "fan" count, which is determined by anyone who has liked the page.

We have changed this to track the "follower" count instead. This is a more comprehensive metric that includes anyone who will see updates from a Facebook page. You might see an increase in your potential reach because of this.

Member campaigns now support links

With member campaigns you can now also give the option (or make it required) to your members to add a link to their campaign. In this example, we show you how it works.

As a member I would like to receive more comments on my post on LinkedIn. So I can create a campaign in Ambassify to ask my fellow ambassadors to leave a comment on my post.

You can now fill in the "Digest intro text" settings when enabling our email digest. It allows you to add some text at the top of the digest mail - before the list of campaigns - just like you can for the custom digest messages.

Lock the default share message on Social Share Campaigns

Elise avatar
Shared by Elise • October 24, 2023

As an admin, you can now control whether or not the share message on a share campaign should be editable by your members.

- When editability is turned off, and you haven't provided a default message, members won't be able to add a message to the share, and it will be shared without a message.

- When editability is turned off, and you've provided a single default message, this message will be used when sharing. Members won't be able to make changes to it.

- When editability is turned off, and you've provided more than one default message, members can still choose which one they want to use but won't be able to make changes to it.

Just so you know, this is only relevant to channels that support API share, as we cannot control the share message in other scenarios.
